Ka'ila Farrell-Smith is a contemporary Klamath Modoc visual artist, writer and activist based in Modoc Point, Oregon. The conceptual framework of her studio practice focuses on channeling research through a creative flow of experimentation and artistic playfulness. Utilizing painting, drawing with wild harvested pigments, and stenciling found detritus, her work explores space in-between the indigenous and western paradigms.

Natalie Ball, a multi-media Klamath artist, was born and raised in Portland, Oregon. She has a Bachelor’s degree with a double major in Indigenous, Race & Ethnic Studies & Art from the University of Oregon. She furthered her education in Aotearoa (NZ) at Massey University where she attained her Master’s degree with a focus on Indigenous contemporary art.
